Basic Training

Experience your Vital Energy and inner Consciousness as an ¨organic unity¨, and learn to share this ¨treasure of understanding¨with your friends or clients in a meaningful way.

¨Human Touch¨, ¨Yoga¨, and ¨Meditation¨ are all very big subjects, very rich and very multidimensional. In the ARUN Basic Training you will learn, and practice, all of the essential Principles¨of creative Human Touch.

1. Very soft, silent touching focusing on the natural breath, heartbeat, and the oceanic breath of the craniosacral system;

2. Whole body massage promoting relaxation and inner tranquility.

3. Moving, rhythmic, liquid touches focusing on spinal rebalancing, sensory nerve flow, and each individual musculo-skeletal articulation.

4. Deep pressure, 3-dimensional touch focusing on energy lines of Thai Yoga Massage, Indian Tantric Yoga, Japanese Hara Awareness, and the deep, intrinsic muscles of the Body.

5. The touch of ´Metta´, or loving kindness focusing on the energy of the Face, Head, and Heart Chakra, as well as other glands and centers in the Body.

6. The touch of Meditation Active meditations of Osho, silent sittings, laying down, and guided touching and inner anatomy exercises will help you to understand and appreciate the beauty of watching inside or just being yourself without trying to change anything. You will learn to use your touch to promote health, flexibility, sensitivity, and more importantly, as a door to expanded consciousness. We will be sharing a loving touch that is relaxed, alert, and non-judgmental.

Advanced Training

ARUN - The Breath of Meditation. Advanced Training

This course is based upon the awareness of the process of the natural breath. This awareness promotes a conscious experience of breath free from the control of human will.

Through movement exercises based on feeling focusion with awareness and allowing breathing to happen without manipulating it, and hands on approach, you will have the possibility to consciously experience the meaning of your own signature breath.

We also use breath as a mirror to help us see inside our body and mind emotions. And to come into this moment as breath never happens in the past or future.

The emphasis of this training it s on experience; and through this experiencing you will be able to share this new understanding and methods with your clients in individual sessions and classes.
